Change Consulting is Design7’s transformation enablement practice. We help organisations move from strategy to measurable adoption by aligning leadership, operating models, people, process, and technology. Where many programmes stall after “go-live,” we focus on what happens next: behaviour change, user adoption, capability uplift, and benefits realisation.
This vertical complements Design7’s core delivery model: we already build and run enterprise software, mobile and web applications, POS and payment systems, and we structure ecosystems across banks, telcos, insurers, and industry bodies.
