If your VodaPay Max Card Machine arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery so we can assess the issue and assist with a replacement, repair path, or refund where applicable.

• The product must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase

• Returns may be declined where the device has been physically damaged after delivery, tampered with, or where required account/onboarding steps have already been completed and the issue is not device-related

• Activation, merchant approval, and transaction-rate matters are service-related and may be subject to separate terms from the physical device sale

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
